Why Can't You Be
More Like Me?
All great people have glaring weaknesses.  It is, however, the great gifts that make them extraordinary.  Organizations and corporations are embracing personality to address a number of workplace issues.
Where Do You Get Energy
by Yourself or with Others?
Extraverts must speak a thought in order to think it.  The introvert must think a thought in order to speak it.  Both ways of being are excellent ways to be, simply different.
When You Look,
What Do You See?
The Sensor hears what is said; the intuitive hears what is not said. Obviously we use both sensing and intuition in order to function effectively, but each way of seeing the world is a form of giftedness.
Are You a Thinker Who Feels
or a Feeler Who Thinks?
The Thinker will value logical analysis in deciding issues and may be oblivious to hurt feelings that result. Thinkers consider emotions as just one more piece of data.  The Feeler uses feeling values to reach decisions.  Feelers consider logic as just one more piece of data.

Freedom & Flexibility?
Judgers LOVE deadlines; they invent them!  Perceivers HATE deadlines; they circumvent them.   The Perceiver views the Judger as dependable, deliberate, conscientious and conclusive.  The Judger views the Perceiver as spontaneous, open, fun loving and "go with the flow."
